PJSC Dneprovsky Integrated Iron&Steel Works named after Dzershinsky is one of the largest enterprises of ferrous industry with full-scale process cicle as per output of 5600 thous.tns of sinter cake, 4350 thous.tns of iron, 3856 thous.tns of steel and 3829 thous.tns of rolled stock.PJSC DIISW is the single supplyer of rolled axle billet for railway transport, sheet piles of Larsen type, contact rails for Metro, steel milling balls, pipe billet. Steel-making Division possesses up-to-date technical facilities and technology providing high-quality of oxygen-converter steel as per macro- and microstructure: iron desulphurization and complex metal refining, special structural and engineering decisions of continuous casting machines.

Construction of portion vacuumator is under completion to improve quality of rail and flakes-sensitive steel. The assembly of "furnace-ladle" unit having been received by import supply is pretreated to provide prescribed steel parameters as per chemical composition and temperature and steel grades extension for the CCM casting.

Production technology allows to obtain steel grades with sulphur and phosphorus content max. 0.025% each, steel with adding elements (molybdenum, vanadium, titanium) and also rolled stock corresponding to the requirements of foreign standards DIN, EN, ASTM, API and others as per its chemical composition and mechanical properties.

The equipment of Rolling division is providing requires consume properties of the finished products.

Currently the Works staff is working of mastering several new profiles of rolled stock which comply with requirements of European and international standards, in particular on production of sheet piles with basis 500 mm, channels, angles, rounds and profile billets for the axles of rolling stock.
